I first saw Sardà's illustrations whilst scrolling through my tumblr
dash - her wonderful, lively style, and terrific sense of colour was the main
thing that really attracted me to her work. You can really tell that she
understands the use of lighting, the dark and light and colour in her work,
something I really admire.
I also admire that traditional, analogue feel of her illustrations,
despite her usage of digital mediums - and how she can combine the
rendered and textural elements with the crisp flat edged planes of
colour in the same image.
